Redstone, the consulting firm contracted to lead the development of a new process and formula for funding allocations under Stream 1, has conducted initial research and is keen to hear directly from Member Associations about your priorities and concerns. To that end, we have just launched a survey designed by Redstone where you can share your opinions and ideas on the new process and formula. Redstone will share back the results of the survey and use your feedback to create a draft proposal, which will also be shared with you for further input and feedback.

Redstone is seeking frank and honest responses, and will therefore anonymize responses to ensure confidentiality. Redstone also welcomes any written comments you have.
